Interesting feature of this software is that this software asks questions and records (voice) the answers given by the candidate and stores it permanently to judge the voice quality of the candidate. So that pronunciation, accent and fluency can be tested. This software keeps records of all the activities done by the candidate during the interview. How a candidate responds to a question, is also recorded so that the confidence, stress and reactions of the candidate can be judged.
This software can be used on a single stand alone PC as well as on a LAN. Intelenet Global Services (TCS and HDFC joint venture) has used this software on 164 PCs at the same time).
